Annual Short-Term Rental Registration

Examples: suite, room, rooms, cabins, lodgings, campsites, or other accommodations charged by any hotel, motel, inn, tourist camp, tourist cabin campgrounds, recreational vehicle parks, or any place in which accommodations are regularly furnished to transients.

Please note that Short-Term Rental registration is valid from July 1st until June 30th of each year.

Annual registration is required for all active short-term rentals doing business in Simpson County, Kentucky. Please submit one sheet per rental for accurate recording. There is no fee to register.
